Terms of Service
Late Payment Fee
Payment terms are: Due Upon Receipt.
After 7 days, an unpaid invoice will be considered late.
On day 8, Andre Electric will impose a Late Payment Fee of $50.
Every 7 days thereafter, an additional Late Payment Fee of $50 will be added.
No-Show Fee
In the event that a tenant confirms their availability and is not present for the work to be completed, a $250 No-Show Fee will be invoiced to the client.
Failed Access Fee
A Failed Access Fee of $250 will be imposed when insufficient or incorrect information was provided, and Andre Electric was unable to access the property.
Common examples: wrong key codes, wrong gate codes, wrong address, etc.
Incomplete Job Information Fee
If the work order details are incorrect or incomplete, and the actual issue differs from what was provided, additional time and materials may be required.
In these cases, a $250 Incomplete Job Information Fee will be applied to cover lost prep time and material handling.
Late Cancellation Fee
A cancellation is considered late when it is within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Service Calls (under 4 hours): $250 Late Cancellation Fee.
Projects (4+ hours or full-day work): 25% of the project price.
This fee covers lost scheduling time, preparation, and material coordination.
Warranty & Quality Standards
1-year workmanship warranty.
Materials follow the manufacturer’s warranty.
No warranty on customer-supplied fixtures.
No warranty on temporary fixes requested by the client.
