Late Payment Fee
Payment terms are Net 30. Invoices unpaid after 35 days may incur a $50 late fee, with additional late fees applied weekly thereafter until paid in full.
Failed Visit Fee
The Failed Visit Fee of $100 may be charged for the following reasons:
If a tenant confirms an appointment and is not present or able to provide access at the scheduled time.
If Andre Electric is unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time due to incorrect or missing access information. Examples include: incorrect gate codes, lockbox codes, keys, addresses, or access instructions.
If the scope of work for a Work Order is found to be different upon arrival and additional time must be spent to obtain new materials, return unused materials, and/or reschedule the visit.
Late Cancellation Fee
A cancellation is considered late when it occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the approved estimate, with a minimum fee of $100. Additional charges may apply for special-order materials, permit costs, or other non-refundable project expenses.
